Delivery Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 working days before dispatch. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard Delivery (Mainland UK):
    Order before 1 pm for delivery within 5-7 working days.
  • Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK):
    Order before 12 pm for delivery the next working day (excluding Saturdays).
    Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

We do not offer express delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential address to avoid delays or cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel orders for locations that cannot be serviced by express couriers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor your order’s delivery progress.

  • Please ensure the correct email address is provided during checkout to receive tracking updates.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking email within 4 working days, check your Junk/Spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your full name and order details, and we will assist you.

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL

If it has been more than 15 working days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at wholesale@missdee.co.uk  We will do our best to help locate your package.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or for packages where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
  • If your package is returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to claim, additional postage and packaging fees will apply for re-delivery.
  • Refunds for missing packages will exclude the original shipping fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your Miss Dee jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us at wholesale@missdee.co.uk  with details of the issue, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
